Return & Replacement Policy

We follow a strict no return policy for all automobile spare parts sold by us. Due to the technical nature, fitment sensitivity, and handling requirements of automobile components, once a product is sold or delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly advised to verify product compatibility, specifications, and condition before installation. Any request for return based on incorrect selection, change of mind, or fitment issues will not be accepted.


🔁 Replacement Policy (Manufacturer Defect Only)

Replacement of products is permitted only in the case of verified manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Replacement requests must be reported within 14 days from the date of sale. Requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

All replacement claims are strictly limited to manufacturer defects only. Issues arising from improper handling, incorrect installation, electrical faults, accidents, wear and tear, or external damage are not covered under this policy.


📋 Replacement Terms & Conditions

  1. Manufacturer Defect Verification
    Every replacement request will undergo a technical inspection. Replacement will be approved only if a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  2. Installed or Used Parts Not Eligible
    Products that have been installed, used, altered, dismantled, or tampered with are strictly not eligible for replacement, even if a defect is noticed later.
  3. Original Condition Requirement
    The product must be returned in original, unused condition, along with original packaging, labels, seals, and invoice.
  4. Inspection & Approval Timeline
    Inspection and approval may take 7–14 working days, depending on the nature of the product and defect.
  5. Replacement Subject to Stock Availability
    Replacement will be provided only if the same product is available in stock. In case of non-availability, an alternative product or store credit may be offered at the company’s discretion.
  6. No Refund Policy
    Under no circumstances will cash, bank, or online refunds be issued.
  7. Shipping & Handling Charges
    Any transportation, courier, or handling charges related to replacement shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  8. Final Decision Authority
    The company’s decision regarding replacement eligibility shall be final and binding.
